WOW great picture,for Price

bought this 5 days before Christmas when our TV suddenly stopped working with a house full of people coming for Christmas. showed up awesome picture for the price we bought it for I was shocked at how nice it worked. we had a problem with a missing stand (not in the box) customer service got one out as fast as they could for us, we made due with the guys leaning it up and supporting it for the Christmas family picture show. Thanks again for the great TV and the great customer service.The price is great for the TV we received no extra speakers hooked up and the sound is fine.

Great Picture

This is my second Sceptre TV and both have great picture. I hope they don't become a big brand so I can continue to get the product at a low price.

Great TV if you're not looking for Smart TV capabilities nor 4k resolution.

I have a PlayStation 4 so there is no need for me to have a Smart TV. If you do not have another device that can play apps through your TV then look elsewhere. If not, then buy this TV! When I purchased it last year it was the least expensive 50" 1080p on the market at $400. Its very light and I have experienced no problems with it whatsoever.

Big TV for Little Money

TV works great and the picture quality is very good. It seems that the reason it is so cheap is because it does not have the I/O options you might hope for. No optical audio out, for example. I'm using the headphone out to send a stereo signal to an amp and some speakers I have. This works fine for me but if you are an audiophile be sure to look at the specs to make sure it will have the outputs you need.

I bought this TV because I wanted a big 1080p TV for cheap. It has 3 HDMI inputs and an 1/8" stereo audio output, which was all that I needed.

Great price and smooth gaming quality.

Shipping arrival scared me to death since the package was a bit worse for wear but it was well insulated and was perfect. I use this for PC gaming and it runs my setting on ultra very smoothly and great picture quality after I played with the settings a bit ( it arrived with power saver as the default picture presets). I'd pick up a sound bar if you're looking for sound the size of the TV...but I'm very pleased with my purchase so far.
