Sceptre Proudly Announces Their DragonFlat Series
City
of Industry, CA - March 19, 2001 - Sceptre Technologies, Inc. announces the launch of their latest CRT series, the DragonFlat Series. This series will come in Sceptre's standard sizes for CRT monitors, 17, 19, and 21 inches. Sceptre is scheduled to roll out their first two monitors from the DragonFlat Series, D73F and D99F, in April 2001. The difference with the DragonFlat Series is in its technology. Using a shadow-mask flat CRT technology, the monitors reduce glare and reflection more efficiently compared to a conventional CRT. The D73F comes with a super-fine dot pitch of 0.24mm and has a street price of $249; the D99F comes with a superfine 0.22mm(H) and a street price of $399. Convenience features include a super-flat crystal screen, Plug and Play feature, and easy-to-use On Screen Displays (OSD). The monitors also exceed MPR II Low Radiation requirements and use a 15-pin mini D-Sub dual connector. By incorporating all of these features with high-resolution outputs and high refresh rates, the result is a crisp, continuous display from corner to center.
Targeted towards, but not limited to, the graphic professional, the DragonFlat Series Monitors offer exceptional value by offering an industry leading 5-year warranty as well as 30-day Call Tag and Cross Ship Programs for your convenience. Furthermore, for a limited time and with a limited quantity, Sceptre is extending an online promotion for end-users ordering a DragonFlat Series monitor. Please visit
