Sceptre Introduces Soundx 5200 notebook
City of Industry, California - Sceptre Technologies, Inc. one of the largest manufacturers of LCD flat panels, CRT monitors and notebook computers in the world - introduced the Sceptre Soundx 5200 notebook. The starting price for the Sceptre Soundx 5200 notebook is CDN$2295 making it one of the most affordable and value rich notebooks
in the market today. The Sceptre Soundx 5200 notebook is available on a Build To Order (BTO) basis from Cybernetique Technologies M.R., Inc (418-656-0622) in the Quebec Region. BTO allows the end user to design the notebook they want. The BTO deal Sceptre has with Cybernetique is the first in a series of regional BTO facilities Sceptre plans to have across Canada.
"Our partnership with Cybernetique in the Quebec Region will give us the capacity to service that area quickly with custom built Sceptre Soundx 5200 notebooks. BTO takes out
uncertainties with inventory selection and allow resellers to concentrate on sales. We are rolling out more regional BTOs as this will diversify and make more robust our manufacturing capability as well as shorten delivery time to the user." said Stephen Liu, President and CEO of Sceptre.
Richard Gallegos, Sceptre Canadian Div. Sales Manager, said, "The Sceptre Soundx 5200 notebook is well positioned with its price point. This will allow it to enter into more markets where price was a factor. With our Build To Order partners in Canada we are giving the reseller more options for his customers while still maintaining margins and not having to juggle changing inventory."
Cybernetique Technologies M.R. Inc. is an ISO 9001 certified computer manufacturer and distributor of several renowned computer brands in the Quebec region.
