Great considering the price

Tech Level: somewhat high - Ownership: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: Nice LCD for the price. Bright & sharp images, with nice styling too. Sure beats a CRT for the same money especially with regard to the space it doesnt take up & the low power consumption etc.

Cons: The same I received had one stuck blue pixel in the upper right side of the screen. It also needed the Sceptre driver otherwise certain images showed dot clusters here & there.

Other Thoughts: Purchased this for a customer who had a 15" CRT so they really were impressed with the difference & the modest cost. Luckily they did not notice to stuck pixel! :P

Pros: Absolutely perfect right out of the box. No dead or stuck pixels. Needed no tinkering for settings at all.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Wish I'd bought 2 of them.

Has been running fine for the last 6 months. Using as computer monitor & TV through ATI All-In-Wonder. Colors are good (just a tiny bit washed out but still very good). No dead pixels. Good value with mail-in rebate ($169CDN at the time). Rebate cheque arrived within usual delays. Have not tried buit-in speakers so I can't comment on that feature.

Great value for the money. Very quick and easy to set up and picture is amazingly clear. Worth it to get LCD! Highly recommend!

I have been delighted with this monitor, the response time is outstanding, it does DVD viewing justace, The only negitive thing about this monitor was the Rebate non sense, I wish they would just stop the B.S. and do a straight price.

This is a great monitor. The display is crystal clear and the refresh is instantaneous. I purchased this monitor on 12/06 and have had no problems with it.

Tigerdirect, as usual, shipped very quickly. This monitor replaced a Dell Trinitron 17'' CRT. Wow! What a difference in the colors. The clarity is about the same but the colors are so much more vivid. I had one dead pixel but I can live with it as it is only visible when the screen is a solid color like when the windows sign in screen is up. Nice monitor for the price!!

This monitor is well worth the money. Fine details are not very sharp, but comparable with other monitors with an 800:1 contrast ratio. I was a little disappointed the stand is not adjustable, but am otherwise completely satisfied and would definitely recommend this monitor to anyone who does not require extra fine graphics.

I got this monitor a few weeks ago and got it hucked up right away. Very easy huck up with all cables included. This was a deal for the money and I recommend it fully and I am sure you won't be sorry. I have to say this monitor has a wonderful bright picture and the space I have now on my desk makes it all the worth while not counting the quality you are getting for the $. I am very happy so far with it and the service at TigerDirect was A+ and it can't be beat. Thank you all. :>)

Just got this today.... Unbelievable.... I thought all these other reviews might be bogus, but been running it for 6 hours now and no problems... the delivery box was broken when delivered by UPS, and I was worried that the monitor might have to go back.... but plugged it in and it worked great!!! Don't spend a lot of money on a big name monitor, just buy this one....
