How do I download a file?
1. Click on one of the links at the right. 
2. Click on the file name and download the file to your desktop. 

Working with Downloaded Files
The files are encoded in Zip format for transmission over the Internet.

ZIP Files: These files must be decompressed using WinZip or other utilities. Make sure you decode the file to the desktop. 

Note: Winzip program will unzip each file and extract into one specification (PDF format) file and one image (JPEG or GIF format) file.
