Download or print this
RMA Form
(Return Material Authorization). Then fill out the RMA form completely. Incomplete RMA form will be
refused.

Fax the RMA form with a copy of
purchase invoice/receipt to 1-626-855-5711. Invoice receipt is not needed
for Out of Warranty unit. A RMA number will be issued within 24 hours. |
| Pack: |
To avoid damages, ship the
product(s) in it's original packaging. Sceptre will not be responsible for any
damaged/lost items. |
| Ship: |
Print the RMA number
clearly
on the outside of the shipping label. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to
Sceptre's RMA Department:

Return for Credit:
Product(s) must be complete in it's original packaging and in resaleable
condition. Charges will be levied accordingly on any damages or incomplete
packaging.
Out of Warranty unit: Please indicate the method of payment and sign the
form.
The RMA number is only valid for 15 days and
must be clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping label. If the RMA form is
incomplete or the return does not have a RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the
shipping label, the product(s) will be
refused and returned at the customer's expense.
