Frankly, I‘m retired on Social Secuity and I bought this TV for my grand children mostly based on size and price. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of picture and sound. My grand kids love it with the built-in DVD and it fits nicely in their small bedroom. I don‘t think you can buy a better TV in this class at any price.

Exceptional product.

Absolutely thrilled because it (the TV and remote) are so user friendly. On a scale of 1-10 I‘m definitely a one as far as technology goes. Picture and quality of product is even better than expected for great price and I can even watch movies now. I am 100% satisfied!!!!

Had this tv for 6 months or so and its been awesome, it‘s very user friendly and the customer service it great I had a issue and within 2 minutes of being on the phone including hold time I got my new remote out. Thanks for the great product

Great TV!

I just bought this last night. So far, so good! It has a great picture, the built in DVD player and a great price. The only thing that I felt could be a bit better is the stand, maybe a little sturdier. I would definitely recommend this tv to others.

Amazingly easy to hook up.

Q:The video card driver is not up to date, how can I fix this? ?
A:

Find out what card you have by going into the Display Settings of your Operating System. You will be able to see your video card name.
Most video cards are from two companies, nVidia and AMD (formally ATI). You will need to download the latest driver to update your card. Here are the links:
- nVidia: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
- AMD (formally ATI): http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx
- Note: If your video card is not from nVidia, please search for the card on Google (www.google.com) or visit www.sceptre.com for additional technical support and Live Chat with Customer Tech Support.
Download the newest driver and remove the old driver from the system. You will also need to remove the plug and play detected monitor driver.
Reboot your computer and install the newest video card driver.
You will need to reboot an additional time (reboot twice) for the system to detect the monitor, then you can adjust the monitor resolution.
