Beyond my expectations

I bought this tv as a birthday gift to myself and was blown away at how much better this tv compared to the one my brother paid for a week later that has some what same specs and looks a lot better than his.

Beyond Expectation

I bought the TV with some doubts since I have not heard this name before. And my friends also told to buy SAMSUNG or LG. But I was willing to risk and bought this 42 inch TV. I am using it for last 3 years and am very happy with the purchase. It has all the features that I looked for (3 HDMI, Low Energy consumption) . Overall I recommend this great product. I referred this to my collegue and he also bought one.

SPECTRE TV'S ARE AMAZING!!!!!

I AM IN LOVE WITH EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS TV!!!! I bought this TV for my Dad for Christmas 3 years ago. And NOT a Problem with it. I hope we just weren‘t lucky ducks in receiving such a gem, but we sure hit the jackpot w/this TV. I bought it at Walmart.com for $329.00 (2011). It has such an Excellent Beautiful Real Quality Picture at 1080i/1080p and the Bestest-est Sound I have ever heard out of a flat screen tv. Going past 6, yes I said 6 on the volume meter is actually too loud, so he really only has to keep it at like a 3 or 4 and the Sound Quality is Perfection, there are even several different variations on what type of sound you‘d like too, i.e. *Sports, Movies, News, etc. My 42" Insignia, which I actually am in deep like with, I have to go to like in the 40‘s on the volume meter for it to be too loud, that gives you an idea of what I am talking about. It is LOUD, and it‘s Awesome.

Q:The video card driver is not up to date, how can I fix this? ?
A:

  1. Find out what card you have by going into the Display Settings of your Operating System.  You will be able to see your video card name.
  2. Most video cards are from two companies, nVidia and AMD (formally ATI). You will need to download the latest driver to update your card. Here are the links:

    • nVidia: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

    • AMD (formally ATI):  http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx

    • Note: If your video card is not from nVidia, please search for the card on Google (www.google.com) or  visit www.sceptre.com for additional technical support and Live Chat with Customer Tech Support.

  3. Download the newest driver and remove the old driver from the system.  You will also need to remove the plug and play detected monitor driver.
  4. Reboot your computer and install the newest video card driver.
  5. You will need to reboot an additional time (reboot twice) for the system to detect the monitor, then you can adjust the monitor resolution.
