Surprize

Just got out of thew hospital and my hospital TV was bigger than mine. I saw a good deal on the Walmart site and bought it. It arrived just in time to hook it up and watch the kickoff of the Clemson game. Great picture easy set-up.

All You need

Arrived a day early on my neighbors front door . I set it up in about 20 minutes to cable , computer, my Sony media player , and a sound bar . Works great so far day 2 , ask me in 6 month to a year from now to review it again .

I bought this tv 4 months ago and it has been one of the best tvs I‘ve purchased in a while. I have had no issues and would definitely recommend. Nice TV

So far I am enjoying the TV, but the plug-ins in the back of the tv are not enough. My much older tv (10+ years old) has 2 sets of the red, white, and yellow cords and this tv only has 1 set. I feel like I had to go back in time to connect my cable box by using the cable cord instead of the quick connectors. I need 2 sets of the red, white, and yellow cords, as one set connected my VCR/DVD player, and the other set connected the cable box to the TV. I got it, but it was much easier set up with the very old tv. This is a good TV for the price. I also love how light weight it is. Easy to move this big TV out to the yard for watching sporting events.

Perfect tv amazing pricr

Had to replace the big screen tv in our living room. As a single mom on a tight budget, wasn‘t sure what id be able to get, if anything. Found this tv on the Wal-Mart app, with mixed reviews provided. I decided to take a chance and am so glad I did. Picture is great, no adjustments needed out of the box. I adjusted the sound to my liking but I only adjusted it to personal taste, once again, out of the box was more than fine. No complaints at all. Even please my teenage son who sees the tv as nothing more than a huge video game screen. Highly recomend.

Just purchased and set up my new Sceptre. Setup was a breeze, picture is great and price was very reasonable. The 50" screen has it all over my old 32". Not sure why I waited so long to go bigger.

Very good features.

Picture quite good. I use the airwaves, so it might be a 5 star picture if I used Cable or Satellite. The three connections for HDMI very useful. I brought in more channels with this Sceptre than I did with my old TV. Considering the price, it‘s a good buy.

Q:The video card driver is not up to date, how can I fix this? ?
A:

  1. Find out what card you have by going into the Display Settings of your Operating System.  You will be able to see your video card name.
  2. Most video cards are from two companies, nVidia and AMD (formally ATI). You will need to download the latest driver to update your card. Here are the links:

    • nVidia: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

    • AMD (formally ATI):  http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx

    • Note: If your video card is not from nVidia, please search for the card on Google (www.google.com) or  visit www.sceptre.com for additional technical support and Live Chat with Customer Tech Support.

  3. Download the newest driver and remove the old driver from the system.  You will also need to remove the plug and play detected monitor driver.
  4. Reboot your computer and install the newest video card driver.
  5. You will need to reboot an additional time (reboot twice) for the system to detect the monitor, then you can adjust the monitor resolution.
