Recycling involves processing used materials into new products in order to prevent waste of potentially useful materials,  reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, reduce energy usage, reduce air pollution (from incineration) and water pollution (from land filling) by reducing the need for "conventional" waste disposal, and lower greenhouse gas emissions as compared to virgin production. Recycling is a key component of modern waste management and is the third component of the "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" waste hierarchy.

Under Sceptre Recycling Program, Sceptre will provide consumers a free Shipping Label to ship Sceptre branded LCD product back to Sceptre's location for recycling. Currently, in order to qualify for the Sceptre Recycling Program, you must be a resident from the following approved States :

Once Sceptre’s Customer Service Department has received your request, a UPS Prepaid Shipping Label will be sent to you by mail. Place the UPS Shipping Label on a secure Package and then drop off the Package at your local UPS Store for transportation to Sceptre’s location.
