I bought this for my girls bedroom and they are fascinated with it. I love that it came as a combo and it was pretty easy to set up. I bought it online true Walmart at first I was a little worried because I never heard of this brand but now I love it and thinking on getting exact same one for my bedroom.

Port for headset

This tv is great. Awesome picture and sound. I like the fact that it has a port for a headset in the back of the tv. I was not able to find this info by calling the online customer service number of the store where I bought the tv, but viewed customer reviews and was so glad that someone had posted that there indeed was a port for a headset.

Extremely Happy

I‘ve only had my Sceptre E325BD-FMQC 32" LED HDTV for 2 days and I absolutely love it. The picture quality is awesome and I love that I can play my DVD‘s on it. I already had a Sceptre 23" TV I bought a few years ago for my kitchen so when my bedroom TV went bad I decided to buy another Sceptre and I am so glad I did :)

Good value for the price

Nice features and a very nice picture. Great value for the money. DVD player is a bonus and much needed in what we were looking for. Only drawback is the downward firing speakers. Volume has to be pretty high to hear properly.

Great picture

I installed the TV and the picture was grainey. I called Engineering and they said it should be clear . I told them that I would contact Direct TV and report a problem with the receiving module. they came and replaced module and all is well.

Septre E325BD-F 32" 1080p LED HDTV

I couldn't believe the quality of the picture on this tv once I got it set up. I had a 22" HDTV prior to this one, and the picture wasn't near as sharp as this one. Still have a few bugs to iron out but only minor ones. The sound isn't as good on this TV as I would like, but still not bad. All-in-all I'm very happy with it and feel it was a very good investment.

Best price for features

I bought this style tv for my daughter and not even four days after the tv was hooked up it had a grey screen(it could have been damaged when being shipped). Being newly purchased so I returned it and had another TV shipped to me.I love the features of the TV that‘s why I purchased it.

Q:The video card driver is not up to date, how can I fix this? ?
A:

  1. Find out what card you have by going into the Display Settings of your Operating System.  You will be able to see your video card name.
  2. Most video cards are from two companies, nVidia and AMD (formally ATI). You will need to download the latest driver to update your card. Here are the links:

    • nVidia: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

    • AMD (formally ATI):  http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx

    • Note: If your video card is not from nVidia, please search for the card on Google (www.google.com) or  visit www.sceptre.com for additional technical support and Live Chat with Customer Tech Support.

  3. Download the newest driver and remove the old driver from the system.  You will also need to remove the plug and play detected monitor driver.
  4. Reboot your computer and install the newest video card driver.
  5. You will need to reboot an additional time (reboot twice) for the system to detect the monitor, then you can adjust the monitor resolution.
