Great for any price

Tv arrived one day later than scheduled, but in good conditon. Installation was easy as the instructions were good. Video quality is fine. Audio also is acceptable and can be modified to taste. TV is attractive with only a narrow border to the screeen. Very happy!

Beautiful television.

This television is HUGE. The 55 inches really impress. The sound is great for a television I don't know why there are negative reviews for that, no tv comes equipped with home theater sound. It does need HD input to bring out the beauty of the screen. The setup is very easy it does not have that many options. I bought it for $399.00 on my American Express card which gives $150.00 back on $500.00 spent so I kind of got it for $250.00 a heck of a deal. For the price it cannot be beat give it a try I am glad I did. Ultra 4K is the future of tv get yours now.

I LOVE my 4K HDTV - Sceptre??

If no one will tell you the brand, you wouldn‘t even know you are watching movies on the most affordable brand of 4K HDTV out there. Unless you are blessed with lots of money, I will never accept any reason as to why anyone would ever spend twice the amount on the same level of performance. Specs don‘t mean a thing to me, I let my eyes decide, and this time mt eyes decided wisely, saving me a LOT of money!!! :) :)

What Television is Meant to Do

Oh yes i was Blided by all the Fancy Marketing on Curved TVs, Drooling till Dehidration at Stores Shelves admiring the Oh Wonderful 4k Definition only to end up looking down at the price tag... Thanks to Sceptre, now i can drool all i want in my own bedroom. Honestly we know there are other affordable brands, but as an habid buyer i ALWAYS do TONS LOADS of research before spending my Money and know what? Remember this name because SCEPTRE will be the next Flagship Name on Entertainment, it is no Coincidence that i am writing this and you hopefully reading. Ok. OPINION. Sceptre takes all the nonsense Features that we never remember are there or even forget to use (Smart? End up buying Roku, Shield or Fire anyways) the Curved screen its an eyecatcher... which you end up forgeting on a daily basis, this TV Focuses on PERFORMANCE, QUALITY and AFFORDABILITY. Speakers are one of the many susrprises, tbey sound awesome, some people complain the BGM sounds louder than voice, just change the EQ settings or turn surround off although, who has a 40"+ screen without a sound bar at least?.... It has upscaling Technology that just by playing a Bluray Movie, it will FILL YOUR SIGHT AND PUPILS with Ultra High Definition Bliss. Playback time!! I purchased the TV for Gaming on ps4... Even the console doesnt live up to the Tech on the TV, the Upscale chip Makes its Magic and presents vivid, crisp images ITS LIKE OPENING YOUR EYES FOR THE FIRST TIME and we havent even got to the 4k part. With a very thin bessel, brushed with a Black luxor finish and The Kibd of Rugged back that supports an already slim 55" screen looks so COOL its intimidating. Also no other TV offers such great array of control panel ON THE tv!!! And still make it look Even better. Air channels look great! I am actually not Hooking up this T.V. until Sunday the 17th of April, but I do have a 32' Sceptre that I have been very Happy with. So I am hoping I will get the same results with te 55' one

I love this TV! it's an excellent purchase for the price. The picture is great, but you do have to adjust the settings to get the best picture for your needs. The sound isn't bad I usually keep it around 7-9 which is relatively low for this TV and it's loud enough to enjoy in the space I have it in. One thing about the sound is that the background noise is usually louder than the voices. For example you are watching a movie with a person speaking and they are playing a song in the background, the sound of the music will make the person sound like they are muffled. I am pretty sure that this can be fixed in the settings of the TV I'm still playing around with it. All in all the TV isn't perfect but it's really close to it, it's definitely worth taking a look at.

GREAT BUY - AMAZING PICTURE!!!

Absolutely beautiful picture!!! Ultra HD is definitely the way to go! Very easy set up. We did add a 38" external speaker bar to make the sound match the quality of the picture. Great Price! Would highly recommend it.

Sceptre 55"

I loved the price online. Even though my local Walmart didn't have it, I was able to have it shipped to the store free and pickup was a breeze. I would recommend comparing online prices versus in store prices when shopping for big items like this.

This company is really trying to make a name for themselves. The tv came in and was very well protected with high quality foam which was the first plus. Pulled the tv out and is really a good looking piece and legs were easy to put on even if you don't have a single to since it comes with them. Turned the tv on and the picture quality is amazing. I have another 4k tv in the living room that's a name brand and this one is just as good if not better!
