The picture is awesome!! It’s easy to set up and it’s a sleek design! Looks very expensive!!!

Meets up to what I expected and more.

Buttons on front are nice in case i lose the remote. To get from an y input port back to TV, I only have to press the channel up or down button instead of having to select the source through a menu. That makes it easy for my wife. Picture is good, sound can get quite loud. I haven't had to go over 50/100 for our great room, which is pretty large. Not a ton of bass, but i did not expect much. It is at least as good as expected.

Love it!! Absolutely love it!! Never had a 50 inch before. I read all the reviews on both Walmart and the actual brands soght as well. I looked at TV's similar in size and this one was the cheapest. Pictures crisp, I still have the film on it due to toddlers, but it's not really noticable unless the tv is off.

Excellent Value for Basic TV

The TV is a great deal. The only negative is the stands are way far apart and can only be connected in that position. It didn't fit our existing TV stand, so we had to use a board to stabilize. The picture is excellent. This does not have built-in wifi.

Seems like a great deal at $209 and free two day shipping. Use an Amazon FireTV stick so no need for any smart tv over rated pricing!!! Picture is fine, for me!

This TV has by far the best image quality of any TV I've ever owned and the audio is acceptable to my wife who is a bit of a critic. I can't comment on longevity since I've had it only two weeks but so far I am very happy. I might have prefered more complete instructions but really most of it is self evident.

For the people reading the review that says Walmart lied and it’s not a true 50 inch, it is a 50 inch...TVs are measured from corner to corner for their size, not from side to side as the reviewer said.

Need a great budget TV? THIS is the one to buy.

This our third Sceptre TV - the first is a nearly 10 year old 42" and the other is a 32" bedroom TV that is around 5 years old. Both still work perfectly, so Sceptre was my go-to brand for a budget friendly TV when we wanted another one. Time will tell if this one will hold up as well as the others, but so far I'm very happy with it. The picture is bright, clear and sharp with vivid colors and absolutely no dead pixels. It lacks the "smart" features (Netflix, etc...) but we use Roku Ultras so that wasn't an consideration. All in all, I would - and have - recommended Sceptre in general and this model in particular.
