Pleasantly surprised so far

TV had a black frame, not brushed metal. Actually, I am glad it was black. Picture is sharp and color is very good with both SD and HD signals. Very light weight. Holes on back of TV for wall mount are not standard so expect to purchase an adjustable mount for wall mounting. For the price the picture and sound quality is more than I expected. TV was installed as a replacement for an older 26" VISIO in the bedroom of a RV. Big improvement!

Excellent tv for the price I pay only 119.00 for it but I add the extended guaranty just in case. The picture quality is good, I have my concerns about the audio but I loud.

Good Picture! Two Versions of this Model.

I have the alternate version of this model according to the Sceptre manual, which i downloaded from their website. For AV (yellow white red cables), the yellow goes into the green component port. The green does double duty. therefore you can only have an AV or YPbPr connection, not both. I have never seen this before and mistakenly thought like the other reviewer there was no composite option. A careful reading of manual cleared up the confusion. The other difference is one HDMI on rear with HDMI 2 and 3 on left side. There are also two different remote controls. Sound is decent with adjustments in settings. All new TVs now basically require a soundbar for great sound. That is not a requirement for this TV in a medium sized room. Quality is good. Picture is good again with setting adjustments. Will see how long it lasts.

Easy to set-up,very good picture,for 720p- 60hz. Like the memc 120, does give a clearer picture; hard to beat for the price.

Good for my purpose

I bought this to use as a monitor for my Mac Air Laptop. It works fine for that. Base is centered and a bit large so it takes up more space on the desk than I prefer.

This is a very nice tv, has a sharp picture and good sound. My son has his Xbox hooked up to it, and loves it. Great price and a very nice TV
