great value!

This tv packs a lot into a small price. This has been a great addition to my family room and more than adequate replacement for my 42 inch outdated Phillips TV which was about 80 pounds! A few things to look out for... the online manual is much more extensive.

Nice upgrade!

I upgraded to the sceptre 50" from a 32" sanyo, big difference in several ways. I can actually see what‘s happening from the couch and the sound is actually fantastic. I read several reviews about needing a theater sound system or a sound bar but my sceptre gets VERY loud and maintains a quality sound. Mine has a surround sound feature, it emulates surround sound with the two built in speakers. Sounds and picture quality are very good, and my TV arrived in two days completely undamaged. Will certainly buy another sceptre when the time comes. Thanks for a great product at a great price!

Beautiful t.v.

We bought this on black friday and we thought for the price it was just a regular t.v. and we would only be using it for a few month‘s but so far it has surpassed our expectations. The screen size is true and although I read the reviews before I ordered it we do not have a issue with the sound like a few have mentioned. We will be buying another of this brand name and will be keeping his one. To also add that I had to call customer service to help with registration and the prompts made it easy to reach a live agent and he was very professional and helped me with y question within 3 minutes. Love

Excellent Picture

No sound bar needed with this product. Has great sound and picture. From my old 720p to this is awesome.

Clean -crisp - clear picture. The color is as good as my expensive Sony. Clear sound. The remote sync itself to the cable box with no trouble. Unlike my fancier set. Light weight compared to my older set. Plenty of extra ports for the money. Great buy for the price. Arrived quickly, well packed. Easy to mount on wall. So far no problems so I am very happy with this purchase.

Nice television for the price. Sound is good for the size of my room and the picture is very good. Controls are easy to setup and use. I am not disappointed!

All Good So Far...

So far very happy with the purchase. Nice cheaper tv that's easy to setup and has a great picture. My expensive Vizio smart TV died after only 5 years. If this one lasts 3-5 years, I'll consider it a win.

Perfect TV

This TV is bright, good sounding, easy to use. Perfect for yourself or as a Holiday Gift for someone special. I am using it in my sitting area to enjoy those shows I like the most.

50" tv for less than $280 out the door!!!

Great picture for ota broadcasts! What is not to love for the $. Updated from older lcd tv. Only complaint is that it does not show signal strength, but well worth it. Happy costumer. Bought a smaller one for mother in law and loved it.

Oh man! I'm still just laughing at the 2-star reviewer who said it wasn't a 50" TV because the screen only measures 45" wide . Lol. Society is so doomed.

Good TV

Have only had this tv for a couple weeks, but everything is working good, great picture and love the size. Had a Samsung that cost a lot more & only held up for a couple 3 years. Decided to go with a cheaper tv & see how long it holds up. So far am extremely happy with this purchase.

Amazingly clear picture and you cannot beat the price! Talked hubby into this one after reading great reviews. He is a name-brand electronics only sort of guy, but frustrated after the last expensive name brand flat screen died after only 3 years, he let me get this one due to price.....and we are both very impressed!! Great purchase for $260....puts the high-dollar name brands to shame....just as good. Sound quality isn't bad, but for us it doesn't matter with our entertainment system since we don't even use the TV's speakers. Would recommend!

The overall quality for the price. This is my second one, as my first died after playing almost 24 hrs. a day for 3 years. I am happy with my new TV, only wish it had the center stand as I had to replace my TV stand.

3 out of 3 out of the park on Sceptre TV's!

More money for other things! This is my 3rd Sceptre TV -- all excellent. The value is tremendous. The sound on this TV is actually pretty good, just adjust the sound settings in menu. I bought a Sceptre sound bar, but the TV speakers are better. Don't spend money on brand name TVs.

Great value

I was looking for a larger tv and I came across this tv. I am so happy I bought this. It was lightweight and easy to hook up to my existing cable. I love the picture quality and the sound.
