I BOUGHT THIS TV FOR MY DEN AND IT WAS A GREAT FIT. I REALLY ENJOY THE PICTURE AND BOUGHT A SOUND BAR TO HAVE A THEATER ATMOSPHERE

Great TV

This is the second Sceptre 40 LED I have bought. I got my first one 2 years ago and it has worked flawlessly. These TVs are well priced and work well. I am very happy.

Well packaged, easily set up

Got this TV delivered by common carrier. The packaging was robust and well thought-out. Two non-metallic bands ran around the box. This doesn‘t sound like a big deal, until you know that I live in Oregon. It rains here. The box itself is a glossy print. If it got wet, the trucker might have tried to put a couple of hand holes in the box to carry it. The straps gave him a way to carry it. All the seams around the box were sealed with cellophane tape. Again, the contents were weather-proof. Opening the box was easy. The true creative engineering became available. Closed-cell foam surrounded the TV. An extra, double thick, cardboard slab was packaged on the screen-side of the TV. The packaging attention to detail was obvious. I had every confidence that the TV would perform well, because the manufacturer cares that much to get it to me as it left the factory. After assembly and hook-up, I was not disappointed. This is a great performing product. The sound is a little thin, but I can cure that with a couple speakers plugged into the "Audio Out" port. The color saturation is perfect, and the discreet HDMI ports offer a lot of flexibility. I love it already.

Really Wonderful Picture!

Bought this on a really nice sale price upgrading my Viore 28" HDTV - and WOW! It looks so amazing and HUGE! The colors and the size is wonderful, and the setup wasn‘t that difficult. Chromecast works beautifully with it, plugging into the HDMI and USB (so it is powered by the TV.) It doesn‘t pick up my cable channels at all, but my cable company isn‘t the best, so I didn‘t expect that to do well anyway - I‘ll use a box. The sound was somewhat treble on the TV itself - somewhat better than the Viore, but I used the audio out into my Sony AV receiver and it sounds perfect! Got the three year service plan with Walmart so we‘re all set!

I like it!!!

I just purchased this TV from Wal-Mart, it was easy to assemble and I liked the swivel base feature. The picture is excellent, Volume is a little low. Cable connections are a little awkward to reach. .I was amazed at the difference between our old 32" and the 40" size. I‘ve only had it one night and am very pleased, so far.

Nice presentation

My brother just bought the tv for our room and it already feels right at home. The sound is good but the display could be better. I finally can play my Xbox one in my room. Thank you Sceptre.

I just got this TV and the picture is beautiful. A quality TV at a bargain price. Perfect price range since I‘m a student. :)

Great picture and features

I just purchased this TV Feb 9 from Wal-Mart, it was easy to assemble and we liked the swivel base feature. The picture is excellent, the remote is large and easy to use. The remote also supports the Roku stick which we had purchased for 1.5 year old Sanyo that this TV replaced. So far so good.

Great TV, Good Price!

This is my 2nd Sceptre TV I purchased. A while back, I bought my first for the living because it still provides the analog audio outputs for my component stereo system that I use for surround sound. Picture was great and it had all the features I wanted along with large on screen menus that are easy to read across the room, so I purchased a 2nd for the bedroom. Again, very pleased with picture and features. Thank you Sceptre for still providing the older analog audio output RCA jacks on both TV‘s which others have stopped providing.

Freakin Beautiful!

I bought this T.V. for GAMING. If you want to view your games @ FULL HD 1080p, then this is the T.V. for you too. RUNS GREAT with NEXT GEN. CONSOLS. Here are some pics of me playing BattleFront and WarFrame on my XBOX ONE. ~Also this T.V has some other really cool features such as HD SOUND and HD PICTURE SETTINGS that let you CUSTOMIZE too get the BEST OUTA GAMING OR ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS T.V.

Happy with TV!

We are very happy with our TV, but the process of getting it here to our home was not so good. We ordered it from Walmart.com and the product was delivered on time, but the neck of the TV was missing. We had to contact Septre 2 times before we finally got the missing part after 2 weeks of waiting.

Great TV and great price point

I‘ve been looking prior to finding this TV and I wasn‘t truly content with the other manufacturer‘s products. I decided on this TV mainly because of the price, but all I have to say is WOW, this TV is great. Nice, bright clear screen. Although, I would have preferred better sound coming from this TV, nothing that a soundbar can‘t fix. Overall, great product.

Easy setup

My first flat panel TV. This TV was a breeze to setup. Instructions clear. Picture clear and sharp. Good purchase, so far, so good. Love the swivel feature.
