Great TV for Even Better Price

I bought 7 of these for my office and had the TVs for a month and they are fantastic. The sound quality isn't the best, but the picture is fantastic!

TV works good and looks good, but when you change channels and the picture comes on the TV makes a click or snap. Will see what happens before 90 day return is up.

Sceptre U550CV-U 55" 4K

The first item ordered was damaged during transit and was returned to sender during transit. Walmart customer service was helpful to me by ordering a new TV for me before the broken one was returned. But you will need to call Walmart.com to make this arrangement. Even so, it was over three weeks before the TV I ordered arrived. The second TV arrived in good condition and was packaged very well - all three protective straps were still in place. I read the online reviews prior to purchasing this item and they were accurate concerning the sound of the TV being poor. Others reviews have suggested adding a sound bar and the TV comes equipped with a digital output making connections for the sound bar easy to do if customers decide to add this. However, I have a good quality home theater sound system already, therefore I was not so interested in the quality of sound the TV produces. The Visual quality of this 4K TV is excellent and the price at $379.99 is also a plus.

I completed research in this item before I purchased it. It had a lot of good reviews, plus I looked up what were the important features to look for when buying a flat screen. The Sceptre had all the important features. My purchase arrived in the store for pick up 3 days after purchase, 6 days before it was scheduled. That was awesome. I also got an excellent price on the wall mount. There was no damage. Installing it was no problem. The picture is the sharpest I have ever seen. I have other flat screen that are name brands where I paid over 2500.00 and this one makes my others seem like the old box t.v,s. It is simple to understand. I love everything about it...

55" 4K Sceptre 60Hz

Being in the professional Audio/Visual services industry, I was skeptical about buying this TV, I read the reviews and went ahead and ordered it anyway.. The first one that came had a line through the middle of the picture, I returned it to the local WalMart store with ease.. I decided to try it again, and had the second TV shipped to my house. I got it setup and after getting the colors, contrast, color balance, etc dialed in it looks fantastic! For the money this TV is outstanding!! The sound is tinty and sounds terrible.. I bought a Nakamichi Soundbar from Sears for $49 hooked it up and the whole setup looks and sounds great for under $450.. The resolution is amazing at 4K, the 60Hz refresh is a little bit annoying but I can tolerate it for the money I spent. I would recommend this deal.

Good experience all around. It came with the tuner not fully inserted. I emailed sceptre to fix the problem. They told me they would at no charge. Luckily I was able to fix the problem easily so repairs were not needed. It should have been checked before shipping unless the damage was incurred during shipping. Good experience with customer service nonetheless.

Exceptional product at an exceptional price

I am surprised to say that after reading about negative experiences with the Sceptre 55" 4K I am truley satisfied. Its my first 4K and The visual is very clear. My friends have complimented the clarity of this unit. No complaints !

If you want a TV and are not a guizmo addict

I just wanted an affordable TV that was in current "technology" status even though I don't do much with my TV but just watch it. I don't play with all the features. This TV is it for price and need. It was easy to set up and viola!

I love this screen for the $, sound is not high quality, there is one tiny pixel that is stuck and when the screen goes black there is a "cloud" that covers about a sixth of the screen, bean shaped top right quadrant. I don't want to send it back, so I'm just accepting less than perfect, just like me.

This Sceptre is Fantastic. 4

This Sceptre is Fantastic. 4.5 stars because of the crappy sound. The picture is perfect. No adjustment needed. Doesn't have the soap opra look/effect that I encountered with Samsung HD TVs. The sound needs help. Alot of help. This is my first Sceptre and I'm impressed. The REMOTE is setup to work with ROKU. I'm using Fire TV with it. The Sceptre picture is great. Be sure you get one with a stand. I did run across a "wall unit" that had no stand. Get at least one of these.

There are no bells and whistles, but a really good tv for the price. I'm going to buy a second one.
