Great TV for price!

Great picture, quick and easy set up. The only complaint is the sound, flat and tinny, but we hooked it up to our sound system and it's great.

Sceptre 55" HDTV

I own a Sceptre 37" HDTV I purchased nearly 5 years ago (from Walmart) and it still works flawlessly. I moved it to my bedroom. I just hooked up my new Sceptre 55" HDTV and I must say it was easier than the 37". Love the glass base that came with it. The picture quality and sound is excellent. I like the remote. The positioning of the connectors is much better and easier to us than the 37". I'm a senior citizen and new technology doesn't come easily. However, everything went like a breeze and I am very satisfied with my purchase. And, the price was terrific.

Great buy for adults

I bought this tv not expecting much. My vizio just went blank on me one day and my warranty had expired a month earlier go figure. So I just wanted a replacement. I found a 55 inch tv for 400. I said what the heck if it breaks. It was only 400. To my surprise tv shows sharp. Sounds is good. The html mode came in handy that my vizio didn‘t have. All in all great buy. Especially for the coin. I would jump on these tv‘s why they are fair priced. Remember vizio was a start up company with good prices. Do get a Sceptre before long they will be a big boy too. Good quality.

Smart choice

GREAT picture the sound was a little tiny but is adjusted easily with the remote.The only con for me is the placement of the usb and optical audio ports as they fall directly under the wall mount bracket making them very difficult to connect . I bought this to replace a LG tv I bought a while back the LG was a good tv and this tv compares with it well. All in all I feel as this tv only cost about 1/3 of above mentioned LG tv it is a great buy

Great Product

Bought this TV based on price and user ratings. I am pleased with it so far. The sound system is good (I was able to get rid of my Vizio auxiliary sound system.) My only complaint is that it took some time and effort to get everything (sound, picture, etc.) adjusted, but I am happy with how it works. A better installation manual would have helped a lot!

This Sceptre television is a quality American product for a reasonable price. If the manufacturers added some additional Smart T.V. features, I believe this product would be even more competitive among the foreign brands. (Personally, I do not find Samsung or Sony's televisions much better than my Sceptre T.V. .) My wife insisted on a Sony or a Samsung, but I convinced her that well-made American products do exsist... and, now, we are likely Sceptre customers for life.

Excellent Buy

This is my second Sceptre TV 55 in, the first one a 50 in HD TV is still going strong in excellent working condition 3 1/2 years, I`ve tried other top name Brands even the 4K, the picture quality was terrible, Walmart need to sell these Sceptre in Walmart stores.

Excellent for the money

This is my 2nd Sceptre TV. I had issues with the first one and the English speaking (from California) tech support people replaced it with ease.

Good TV

I bought this 55" TV in November 2015 and so far we are very satisfied with it. The only complaint is the sound quality. I have to turn up the volume on certain channels to hear. But I am looking into a sound bar etc. The color and picture quality is great. I bought the TV for the price and love it.

big bang for your buck

I ordered this after much research, and am happy with this purchase. I love the 3 hdmi ports and the rca jacks on the back to line into my audio receiver for great sound. Instructions were simple and packaging was intact with TV being well protected. I picked up a day earlier than quoted for site to store...

This TV has great picture quality OK sound needs sound bar. picks up digital and HD channels with antenna.it has audio red white out,optical audio out, and headphone out.it has roku interface just need a roku stick with: 49.99. Its best to use manual picture set up to tweek the awesome display.its has 3 HDMI ports.if you buy a sceptre sound bar you only need!1 remote for TV/sound bar.give this TV a try you won't be disappointed!
