This is my 2nd Scepter TV with a nice clear and sharp picture 3 HDMI ports it‘s what you expect with High Definition and the price is affordable I would recommend this to any of my friends and family :-)

I don't use it to watch TV!

This is the 2nd Sceptre TV I have purchased. The first was a 32" LCD that stopped working after about 4 years of constant, daily use. I‘m talking about 6-8 hours a day. I don‘t watch that much TV, I used it with a second Viore 32" TV hooked up to my computer. I replaced the old 32" Sceptre with this new 40". When I bought the first 2 32" TVs for my computer, I also bought 3 year extended warranties. I needed to use it for the Viore after about a year, it started shutting off by itself. I sent it for service and have not had a problem since. But I never had any problems with the 32" Sceptre until 2 weeks ago and the extended warranty had ended. I don‘t expect to have any problems with the new 40" but I got a 4 year extended warranty just in case. :-) These TVs make GREAT computer monitors. If you have not tried them you should. You can still watch TV when you want to, no problem.

Replaced my 26" Toshiba HDTV with a brand new 40 inch Sceptre HDTV. The color, sound and picture quality is just great on my new Sceptre. And it was easy to get up and running. I‘m very satisfied with the Sceptre brand and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new HDTV.

I am extremely happy with this TV I paid $230 for it and it was one of the best purchases I‘ve made the first TV I got I had a problem with the screen flickering but I called sceptre and replaced it with no hassle at all

Outstanding TV for the price.

I have only had this TV for a couple of days but was impressed with the quality of the picture and sound. I was happy with the ease of setup and quality of the sound even though some reviews said their sound wasn‘t great but mine is. The only con to the purchase of this TV was the tuner DOES NOT support QAM. I had cable TV run to it with out a cable box and it will not find any Digital channels. So I had to have a digital receiver installed to get all the channels.

I want to say, I didn‘t purchase this TV. It was a Prize that I had won at a Local Car Dealer. So I have no idea about the price, but I will say I am very satisfied with the Quality of the product! I wouldn‘t be afraid to purchase a Sceptre TV and I would recommend it to anyone!

I just ordered this tv everything seems to be going good the screen came a little messed up but that was probably shipping error and im getting it figured out with the helpful team everything seems to be pretty great about the tv. its my first flat screen. anyways the sound isn‘t very loud but it works nice for my husband and I. the screen seems to be pretty clear and im pleasantly pleased with the performance of the whole thing

The 40 inch screen is the perfect size for the room in which I put the TV. The TV has great color and clarity and I bought it at a great price.

Great picture, great features!

This is a recent purchase, so longevity will remain to be seen, but this is a great TV! It‘s a nice price point, and has a great picture, decent sound, and a nice look. A great feature is having 3 HDMI ports. With DirecTV, Blu-Ray, and a Chromecast, I needed that extra port, which is not available on TV‘s costing three times this much!

We ordered this on line from Walmart because others who had purchased it gave it high ratings. When we received it, it installed quickly and the picture was better than I expected for the price. We have been watching this TV in our dining room for almost a week now and are extremely happy with it. I would definitely recommend this set to my friends if they were looking for a new TV
