Atonement
Have had this TV for only a couple weeks. Experienced horrible symptoms right out of the box, and I immediately wrote scathing review. The troubles were traced to our cable provider. The TV was, and is, fine. Sceptre accepted my complaint and handled it admirably, offering all kinds of technical assistance and a replacement TV. I am very pleased to this point with Sceptres‘ attention, and with the performance of the TV.
