This is the best bargain out there. Perfect picture and what a price. After some research about the brand and then finding out Sony makes it I bought one and was blown away by the picture. I will up grade every tv in the house to one.

Nice TV for 4K UHD

Easy setup, nice picture even though I don‘t have 4K programming yet. This was an upgrade from a 720p tv I have. So far, so good.

Our second Sceptre

Bought this size of television, because we have a 32" Sceptre we bought a couple of years ago and it has been a great television. So far we are happy with this 49" Sceptre TV. After tweaking the sound adjustments we added a sound bar. Now, it sounds and looks great. Will followup after we have used the TV for a year.

At 4k, massive upgrade from 1080p

I like this tv a lot, I have my computer through it as a monitor since I don't have cable and the picture is amazing at 4k. I had a 1080p Seiki, and I liked that one, this one has better color and contrast, it's brighter and the speakers are louder and clearer. The bezel is thinner by a lot and the stand is minimal on my desk. I can still use my desk around the stand without setting things on the stand. Easy to set up, the menus are sufficient to get you to a good picture which isn't too bad out of the box, but with some tweaking is pretty good.

Excellent Value

I purchased this tv based on the reviews of others and am glad I did! I was looking for a larger screen without the high price tag. My husband and I are on a fixed income so I have to watch my pennies. The picture is phenomenal. Clear and sharp. I set the tv up myself and coke machines challenge me so this is an easy set up. I had a 40" tv in place of this one so I just moved them around in the house and this is in my living room. It is a great size for the room. (18 x 21) It is not a smart tv, but, as said before in the reviews, you can make it one by connecting (I have the Amazon Fire)one of the accessories out there. I have a Blue Ray dvd player connected as well as my Fire tv and everything works great. the sound is much better than the 32 in Sceptre I have in the bedroom, and I am going to set up a sound bar just to see what happens. Hopefully, I am one step ahead with the Ultra 4K as I know there isn't a lot out there yet.

Sceptre 49" Ultra HDTV

Very nice tv with excellent picture & sound. Would have been better to have been able to see one in the local store instead of having to order it online only!! If the customer could see & hear it in the store I think that they would sell a lot more of them but then the higher priced tv's would sell less..

Best 4k tv in a budget price

I was little sceptical when i chose this tv but now that i have it,it is just spectacular and amazing!You get the true 4k picture and video,also the sound quality is not bad either,although i use a blueray soundbar! Buy this and you will love it,one advice leave the picture setting to Vivid!

Good tv at a great price

Just got it set up..am happy with the 1080 resolution picture...but dissatisfaction in regards to the programming available I have direct tv and to receive there 1,4k channel is about $300 in box upgrades plus a ridiculous monthly fee..but happy I purchased 4 k someday programming will be available at a reasonable price happy with the1080 picture can‘t wait to view 4k at home

one month review

The TV is a great value if you have HD channel's. We have all HD channel's and the picture looks best in the dynamic setting. Some shows don't look as good as others, but the ones in true 1080 that get up converted look stunning. The only downside is the remote it is temperamental. I am going to call for replacement. For a cheap sceptre TV you can't go wrong and the box packaging is like that of a high dollar tv

Awesome TV Hands down

I have been waiting for months to buy one of these tv‘s and let me tell you it has paid off. I have not been more happier with the quality for the price, and the fact that it comes with srs trusurround HD. This is awesome!! It works really on tv antenna channels as well. Great job Sceptre!!

Inexpensive 4K

Got this on sale. I have not hooked this up to a 4K source so I can not comment on that. Good color, picture, etc. 120 HZ. You may want a higher rate.

Good bang for the buck

We got this tv about 4 months ago and so far, so good. It has plenty of inputs for all of our gadgets and it's easy to setup ect. I have noticed that when we watch cartoons, Family Guy, Bob's Burgers, & Southpark, that some of the brighter greens bleed. I will add that we do not have an HD cable package and we use a cable cord because our cable box doesn't offer HDMI output. To sum it up I would say that this a good tv for the price and I have no regrets so far.

Good Purchase !

Have had this TV for just over two months and am now using it as my default television. Had initial problems with the picture freezing and pixellating but after a suggestion by a friend to tighten all connections it turned out the coax on the cable box was the problem ! Duhh ! Now the picture quality is superb and as it is connected to an AV receiver sound is perfect ! Also like the look of it - it is so light compared to many of it‘s competition ! Got it on sale so that helped too !!

Awsome TV

I just bought this TV last week and really impressed with its picture quality and other advanced features! It can be compared to any of the big brand names feature for feature and at a very less price! I am still trying to set up my Roku and other add ons on this amazing TV but I don‘t have a doubt that I will enjoy this one for a long time!
