My first UHD. You do not need more features for a UHD TV. Other unnecessary features like smart Tv make Tvs expensive ones. Just link it to your laptop or PC by HDMI connection!!!!! Great product, beautiful pictures

TV and a monitor

I have had this tv for about 3 weeks now, my reason for buying i needed a large monitor for video and web work. First thing step was to change all the sharpness and the other picture items to 50%. Then Turn off all advance picture features. Next connect the HDMI cable to the computer. In my case a SurfaceBook so i needed a MiniDisplay port adapter to HDMI. Now there are a lot of cheap adapters out there, and only a few can truly support 4k picture at 3840x2160 @60hz. i used "Startech MDP2HD4K60S" The other cheaper GE one that said 4k was not able to handle the 18gps required. Bottom Line. at this price point just do it. Its a great monitor if you connect it correctly. I also added a Roku stick so I can use it as a smart TV. This unit is awesome.

great computer monitor if you have a HDMI 2 signal

i don't have any 4K movies or TV content, it works fine as a regular 1080p TV. where it really shines is as a 4k/60 HZ computer monitor if it is fed a HDMI 2 output (no display port, but I use a display port to HDMI 2 dongle that can do 60 HZ ... the 1st gen HDMI 1 that can only go up to 4k/30 HZ)

Good Picture and Features

This is my first UHD TV, and replaces a 26" HD set. The picture is very good. Not as deep contrast that I would have liked, but for the money it is great. The sound is the weak spot of this TV. The surround sound feature is not much at all. You will need to add a sound bar for superior sound if like. The sound overall is OK, but weak. If you need a low cost quality picture UHD TV, this one is good.

Great value. Good picture. Poor sound

I got this 4k UHD set for under $200 with good ebates discount on Black Friday. It took a while to get picture looking right, but the advanced white balance controls made it possible to get color pretty much to my liking. There is still some clay face appearance, but not bad. No amount of equalizer adjustment improves the poor sound fidelity. It sounds like a 2" speaker in a shoe box. Be ready to output the audio to your own separate sound system. Bottom line: I'm happy with this purchase.

Sceptre 4k tv

This TV definitely delivers in the display department but the sound is kind of meh, it kind of sounds like it's in a box but if you're like me and use headphones for gaming it doesnt really bother you

Amazing deal for 199.00. So for pretty great and much better than the 43" vizio 4k I purchased. The refresh rate is low and no integrated wifi or Ethernet but for 199.00 can't complain still a beautiful picture.
