I just bought this TV online from walmart based on a spoofee llisting. The picture is vivid, better than the LG that this TV is replacing. The guide is cool because you can page through a full days list of upcoming programs for a particular channel where the LG only showed the current program and gave an abbreviated recap. The only place I find this TV less than excellent is the tinny sound from the internal speakers. I will definitely hook this TV to either a soundbar or a stereo to gain acceptable sound, but based on the sound quality of this product, it will not be a Sceptre sound bar!

Good for price !

I’m not going to lie at first when I took it out the box and realized how light it was I was like yea this tv is not going to work as people say. Little did I know this tv is REALLY GOOD. Great quality very clear I like how it was simple to connect my Xbox 1 and p4 , the remote is nice and big. The only sucky thing is the sound quality. Not clear it sounds muffled if you understand what I’m trying to say but a nice decent sound bar should do the trick. This tv was running for $150 at Walmart YOU CANNOT BEAT THAT PRICE and with all the extra money I save treat yourself to a nice sound bar and you won’t regret this purchase

Great product.

Wow!! So light, set up was so easy. The picture and sound was unbelievable cannot believe such great quality for the price I paid for this TV. All my electrical products have been Panasonic TV, Surround sound, VCR all Panasonic. Scepter is a product I will look for when I replace other TVs etc.

Great Value, indeed

Everything was as good as the top of the range televisions. Excellent colour, images, recovery, lightweight and excellent sound.

Sceptre 40"

My sister said that is all she need. That is fantastic.

This tv is auesome, I adjusted it and works well, good bye, hooked my dvd up and everything works great, just love it for the price.

I purchased the TV for my bedroom. I am very happy with it. It has nice picture quality and the audio is great for the price of the TV. It was a great buy!

Good TV

Good 2nd TV for the price. It's no Samsung or Sony! Sound quality could be better, but in the set-up section you have the choice between standard and dynamic. The picture is pretty good quality.

AS FOR THE TV, SEEMS TO BE WORKING FINE AFTER 10 DAYS. NOT REALLY ENOUGH TIME FOR A TRUE RATING.

It is the 3rd one I have bought. 1 for a Gift, and the others for me. I definitely recommend a sound bar. Other than that, I really am satisfied with them. YOU CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE! !!

Well worth the price

This TV is very adaptable. The Tuner is great and gets dozens of Local Stations. The HDMI Inputs all work great. Beautiful Picture and Great Audio.

Good Value.

I have only had this 40" TV in use for about a month but it has performed without any issues. The setup was quick and easy. It works with my projector and my Fire TV stick smoothly and the picture looks fine.

Great Product

Love It! Easy set up, can see TV Guide easily without glasses, had to call Sceptre 800 number to program to my cable remote, no problem, walked me through it. Have 5 Sceptre TV's now, various sizes.

Great TV for price

Picture seems really great and sound is good. I‘m glad I didn‘t go for a more expensive TV. This meets my needs just fine and doesn‘t have all the bells and whistles I don‘t need. Can‘t go wrong!

Great quality tv at a very affordable price.

This is a quality tv, at a low price, making it a great value. The picture and sound are clear and it has plenty of hookups, yea! One tool required for setup, a Phillips screwdriver and guess what? They included it! Love it!

INEXPENSIVE TV

The price was unbeatable, although the picture isn't great. But, it is better than no TV.
