I purchased 2 55" and 2 32" in March. I have had no problems with them. But one day 1 of my 55" just wouldn't come back on. Good thing I got the warranty on them.

I have no complaints about this tv. The volume is loud enough for my liking & the picture looks good. Be aware the delivery person will NOT leave the box with anyone other than someone in your home signing for it. I live in a high rise & made note to leave it with the door man (whom always holds large packages for tenants) & had I not actually been walking out of the building & caught UPS, I wouldn't have had my tv delievered & would've had to pick it up from a UPS location.

Purchased Sceptre 55" LED HDTV last week

Easy to set up; had one small question call toll free line, got tech within a few seconds, answered question; Great Experience. TV looks good, color, et.al. WELL WORTH THE Price.

We'd been using a 12 year old, OLD style 32" not flat panel tv. You remember those old big heavy square tv's. Due to my having Meniere's disease (an inner ear disease that cause vertigo and is frequently triggered by visual sensations), I have major problems viewing anything in or on a widescreen format, but nobody makes the square screens anymore and due to aging vision issues, we really wanted a little bit larger tv. After much searching I found that I had fewer problems with the larger screens (48" or more). I also have problems looking at the tv departments with all the tv's stacked and lined up in rows, turned on with tv or movies running on them. We saw this Sceptre 55" on Wal-Mart's website and decided to take a chance on it, site unseen. The price was very reasonable and it was NOT a Smart tv. So we ordered it. It took about 3 weeks to get it (which was much longer than we would've liked) but we finally got it and hooked it up. Talk about a WOW moment. Holy Cow! It was absolutely AWESOME!! My Menere's disease had no problem with watching it. Everything was huge (we could even read stuff on it that we couldn't read on our old 32"). The set-up was quick and easy. The picture is beautiful!! We've had it for about 4 months now. Not a single problem with it. It's very easy to operate (even with 2 seperate DVD/VHS combo units and an external antenna hooked up to it. It has lots of really cool features and options to choose from like the different picture styles (regular, widescreen, cinema, zoom, etc.) and even picture quality choices (like regular, vivid, etc.). We absolutely love this tv and couldn't be happier with it!! We will probably buy another one too (for the bedroom).

Great TV @ a great price!!

I bought this TV back in Nov. 15 for my x-mas gift. I just got this TV set up today 7-26-15. This TV was so easy to set up and the picture is just fantastic. I wish I had set it up earlier but was waiting on my 65in. to die and it did today. Anyway what a great TV an great price from walmart.com.

I bought my 55" in November picture quality started to diminish,,still under warrenty, I ended up sending the TV set back they even sent me a box to send the TV back in and paid shipping and handling,,,I received a new TV in a short amount of time. They sent me a brand new television set with no arguments I would definitely buy Septra again due to their awesome customer service and resolution of any problems

After adjusting picture quality is very good. Date and time had to be set manually twice. Recommended.

Great TV so far!

Bought this for my mother and we love it! Great picture, simple hook up (She has Dish Network, so we just used an HDMI cable to hook it up. It also has a VGA, and I had bought her a switch before for her gaming consoles and DVD player, so we just hooked all that up through the VGA cable.) Sound is just fine for normal use. Have yet to turn it even halfway up, and it is plenty loud. She still comments on how much she loves it, and it has been about a couple of months. I also purchased the extended warranty, so if something does happen down the road, it should hopefully be resolved without hassle.

I was not too sure of the brand I was buying, had never heard of it! Turned out to be a great TV! Great picture quality! I would recommend it, especially with that low price!

No problem with Sceptre 55" TV

With my Sceptre 40" TV going out (after about 6 years) I decided it was time to "go bigger" (I'll probably fix the 40". Think it's a power supply). I found a bigger (55") Sceptre LED TV at Walmart (again). The price seemed very fair (save $330 off retail). I read some reviews and wasn't exactly impressed. But, since I had good luck with our 40" I decided to buy it. Well, it's been a few days and I couldn't be happier. TV was delivered on time. No physical defects were found and the picture looks great. Until proven otherwise, I'll keep buying Sceptre.
