Overall great entry 4K TV

We needed to replace our TV in our household. This TV had everything we needed and more. 4k, HDMI 2.0 port and multiple HDMI standard ports. I will say the sound is not impressive so you should opt for the soundbar or a home audio system. We have a 4k home audio system so this was not a problem at all and pairs well with the TV since we can utilize the HDMI 2.0 port and use our home audio receiver as the HDMI switch. Overall this TV is a great investment, that after awhile we will upgrade to another Sceptre TV and move this to another spot in the house to enjoy for many more years.

Fancy TV w/o fancy prize

So I finally got myself a fancy TV, without the fancy prize. The Sceptre U500CV is all around what worked for me... and maybe for you. I did plenty of research and I think this TV met what I was looking for in size, quality and PRIZE. Overall, mission accomplished.

Great Value for the Price

We bought this as a Christmas Present for our son. Decent Television. Picture is good, sound is OK. Paid $350 for the Television and can say I couldn‘t find a better bargain anywhere. Does it rival the higher dollar models...no, but for the price it was much better than expected. We have a 50 in 1080 p Sony Bravia and the picrure is just as good as the 4k on this model. Was a little disappointed that the box and display says 120 hz but the Television is only 60 hz. 120hz will be important when outputting certain 4k devices. Still..you can‘t find a 50 inch TV that has the features that this does, 4k AND 50 inch for $350. No matter the shortcomings, that‘s a really really Great Deal!!!

Great TV for a great price. Looks great with my amazon fire tv. Also I love gaming on it! PS4 looks beautiful and I‘m so glad I was able to get it for an affordable price

Excellent picture quality, easy setup. The sound not the greatest,but with a sound bar or home theater setup makes a really good tv experience.

Excellenct tv for thw price

I paid 350.00 for this tv awesome picture again for the price i would say it would rival tvs three times its price not really sure if its tru 4k since i dont have any 4k content but 1080p looks amazing and again for 350.00 you just can barely buy a brand name tv of this size. I hooked up my retiana display macbook and it did look like 4k quality love this tv

Best 4K TV

For the price, this Spectre 49" 4K TV can't be beat. Picture is unbelievably sharp, sound is outstanding, and set-up was easy. Also, great for chromecasting movies. Highly recommend; get one NOW at this price, $350.

The picture is wonderful

I bought this TV for my husband about a month ago. He loves it and I couldn‘t believe the price. The sound quality could be better but the picture is awesome and I can afford to by the speaker system he wants now.

Excellent Purchase

We had a 46" Philips that died after 3 years...looked around and stumbled on this 4K at a very reasonable price. I hooked up the BluRay player to test it out and Wow! the picture is incredible...we have a PS4 and Xbox One in the house so I am anxious to see how those look as they are actual 4K devices...Good Job Sceptre...another satisfied customer...

Awesome TV for a great price.

I rely like this TV.the picture is awesome right out of the box although I like to set my own settings.the sound is good but I hooked up a surround sound for the full theater experience.Overall this is an awesome buy that can't be beat for a 4K tv this size for the price

I have previously purchased a sceptre and have had a good experience with it so I decided to purchase another one. The price could not be beaten for the quality. I took out a 4 year warranty on it just in case any issue arise. I would expect to get at least 6-8 years out of it and if that is the case then it will be a steal.

SETUP A PIECE OF CAKE !!!!!

I have never had an easier time setting up a electronic device. Even setting the remote where I just used the one for my cable and it let me connect with no trouble at all. Thank you!

Great Tv

For the price this TV is a steal. Great quality and a great variety of settings and it has 4K so when that programming becomes more main stream I won't have to buy another TV. My last sceptre lasted 8 years before I started having issues with it. If this one can last that long I would be amazed.

Sounds great and looks amazing.

Mainly used to play Playstation the quality and sound is amazing. Easy to setup out the box.

Sceptre U500CV-UMK 49" 4K Ultra HD TV $379.99

This was a “Black Friday” purchase at 3:30 A.M. Frankly, I wanted the same make in 55”, but the site was crashing, so many people wanted the 55”. So, I ordered the 49”, and that took about 5 tries, but I got it for $350.00. The TV is GREAT! I am completely satisfied, no, overjoyed with this set. Both the picture and sound are exceptional. The manual is written so anyone can understand and the set-up is simple. Just be sure to read the manual. My only regret is that I could not get this TV in the 55” model for $450.00.
