Easy to set up,they even include the screwdriver! Very clear picture,sound is pretty good as well,although most people use a sound bar or bluetooth speaker with it. Also works as an EXCELLENT 1080P computer monitor. I also got a Google Chromecast device somewhere else,and can watch anything from my laptop or tablet computers on this as well. This is a first place winner! P.S. Walmart just gave me a refund of $20 since their price has dropped since I bought it! NO hassle and only took me 5 minutes on the phone to request it. HOORAY!!!

Great except for the sound

Great picture but I can turn the sound up to 100 and is very low.Had to buy a soundbar in order to watch.

I bought the tv for my son

My son uses it for online gaming and as a computer monitor. We were going to buy a 40 inch but the 32 inch was a good choice.

I bought this television as a guest room TV for my son, so have not seen it yet. He is enjoying it for movie watching vs his computer screen. He thinks the general quality is decent and likes that it can also serve adequately as a second computer screen, because it is 1080p HD, it is not overly large, and it is light and easy to move around. It wouldn't be a great primary computer screen because of a somewhat slower refresh rate, he said, but for his purposes this television is a super buy. Another perk is that it is NOT a smart TV, and so it is not used to collect data on the owner.

Over the last 10 years i've had a few tvs, this is the best one ive ever had in years........not a smart tv (which to me is stupid) it has a perfect picture and has never failed to give me bright and brilliant picture and great value for what I paid.......best buy ive ever made..................thanks walmart.............

Q:The video card driver is not up to date, how can I fix this? ?
A:

  1. Find out what card you have by going into the Display Settings of your Operating System.  You will be able to see your video card name.
  2. Most video cards are from two companies, nVidia and AMD (formally ATI). You will need to download the latest driver to update your card. Here are the links:

    • nVidia: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

    • AMD (formally ATI):  http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx

    • Note: If your video card is not from nVidia, please search for the card on Google (www.google.com) or  visit www.sceptre.com for additional technical support and Live Chat with Customer Tech Support.

  3. Download the newest driver and remove the old driver from the system.  You will also need to remove the plug and play detected monitor driver.
  4. Reboot your computer and install the newest video card driver.
  5. You will need to reboot an additional time (reboot twice) for the system to detect the monitor, then you can adjust the monitor resolution.
